Lobster Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized lobsters, chopped and cracked
marinade:
4 - 4 inch pieces of sliced ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Remaining Ingredients:
3 cups of oil flour
3 tbs cooking oil
4 - 4 inch slices of ginger, julienned
2 scallions, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbs cooking wine
2 tbs soy sauce
one teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS
- Clean, crack and chop lobster into pieces. Marinate the lobster with the ginger and cooking wine.
- Heat up the cooking oil. Dust the lobster with flour and deep fry until it turns red. Set aside
- Heat up 3 tbs oil in a wok. Add ginger and green onion until fragrant.
- Add the lobster pieces and stir fry.
- Add the remaining spices and cover wok. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cornstarch mix and stir until sauce thickens. Serve.
