Beef Loc Lac

Marinade:
2 lbs beef, cubed
2 tbs soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs sugar
2 tbs chopped garlic (you can use 1 tbs but I love garlic)
1 tbs freshly ground black pepper
1 tbs sesame oil (optional)
Lime Dipping sauce:
3 tbs squeezed lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs fresh ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Heat up 1 1/2 tbs oil in a pan.
3. Add the beef and stir frequently or else it will burn.. Cook until the beef is semi crispy.
4. Serve on rice or a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Serve with the dipping sauce
